Let’s all work up a sweat with Doggy-kun!

This is a mascot toy featuring “SPORN K doggy,” the mascot character of the art collective SPRTS.

We do not witness events occurring in distant places firsthand. What we see are images composed of countless dots—images that are edited, cropped, and sometimes altered before being shared around the world. Yet we rejoice, feel disheartened, and become ecstatic over this collection of light, sharing emotions as if we were all in the same place. This exhibition focuses not on the events themselves, but on the process by which they are conveyed as images and move people’s bodies and emotions. It is an attempt to visualize the phenomenon whereby information traverses the globe, connects people, and generates new movements through a single image composed of countless dots.
